Do you accept social security or universal coverage?
We do not accept social security or universal coverage. We do accept a number of private health insurers, and you can pay by cash, PromptPay or credit card.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk in any time during opening hours, no appointment needed. If you would rather avoid the busy periods, message the branch on LINE first.

What do I need for a Work Permit medical certificate, and is it issued same-day?
Just an identity document, and the certificate is issued the same day.
I need my results today — what time should I come?
Some tests go to an outside laboratory, and the courier leaves at 15:00 every day. If you want the result quickly, or the same day, your blood has to be drawn before that run.
